DOP Plasticizer For Chemcial Fiber Resin

The plasticizer DOP has excellent mechanical properties such as tensile strength, elongation at break, Shore A hardness and low-temperature impact strength, so it is often used as a plasticizer for PVC mixing.

The plasticizer DOP has very low volatility regardless of its nature or during PVC kneading processing. It is mainly used for the processing of polyvinyl chloride resins, and also for the processing of high polymers such as chemical fiber resins, acetate resins, ABS resins and rubbers, as well as paints, dyes, dispersants, etc.

1. Properties:

DOP is colorless transparent liquid,water-insoluble, soluble in most organic solvent and hydrocarbon.It has favorable compatibility with most industrial resin and partial compatibility with cellulose acetate and polyvinyl acetate.
