Product description:

Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) paste Resin , as the name implies, is mainly used in the form of paste. People often use this paste as plastisol, which is a unique liquid form of PVC plastic in the unprocessed state. Paste resins are often prepared by emulsion and micro-suspension methods, P450 is an emulsion method PVC paste resin.

Application:

This PVC resin product is well suited for a broad range of applications. This product is designed for flexible profile extrusion, calendared and extruded sheet, and blown film applications where consistent particle size distribution, and low contamination, flexible gels and residual VCM levels are important. This resin has excellent clarity, color, Plasticizer absorption, and thermal stability.

PVC dust is capable of propagating a secondary dust explosion. This potential can be reduced by good housekeeping, prevention of dust from process equipment, preventing accumulation of dust on over head horizontal surfaces and eliminating potential ignition sources. Avoid heat, flames, sparks, and other sources of ignition.

Storage: Keep container closed. Store in a cool, dry, well ventilated place. Reseal containers immediately after use. To maintain product quality, do not store in heat or direct sunlight, keep only in the original container at a temperature not exceeding 40 °C.
