From January to March 2022, China imported 13200 tons of paste resin, a decrease of 31.45% compared to the same period last year; Accumulated exports reached 36100 tons, a significant increase of 115.25% compared to the same period last year.

According to the statistics of import sources, the paste resins in China mainly came from Taiwan, China, Germany and Thailand in the first quarter of this year, accounting for 36.11%, 20.41% and 18.03% respectively. According to the statistics of export destinations, they are currently mainly sold to Russia, India and Türkiye, accounting for 48.57%, 27.83% and 3.97% respectively.

From the perspective of trade methods, China's import of paste resin is mainly based on general trade and imported material processing trade. From January to March, the general trade import volume was 7100 tons, accounting for 53.73% of the total import volume, while the imported material processing volume was 4800 tons, accounting for 36.28% of the total import volume. China's export of paste resin is mainly based on general trade, with a general trade export volume of 31400 tons in the first quarter, accounting for 87.04% of the total export volume.
