The scientific name of Trichloroisocyanuric Acid is trichloro-s-triazine trione (TCCA), which is one of the series of chloroisocyanic ACID products. It is widely used in drifting, disinfection, sterilization and anti shrinking of wool.

1、 Physical and chemical properties of the product (the composition of the product conforms to zbg16009-89 standard)

2、 Product application

This product is a new type of high-efficiency disinfectant and bleach. It has the characteristics of high effective chlorine content, high sterilization and bleaching efficiency, stable storage and transportation, convenient use, safety and harmlessness. Sterilization and algae removal tablets have been widely used in the following fields:

(1) Water Treatment

1. Water treatment of swimming pool

The disinfection and purification of swimming pool water has been a headache for many years. If the treatment agent is not used, the pool water needs to be changed frequently, otherwise bacteria are easy to breed, and a layer of slippery and dirty microorganisms and algae adheres to the pool wall, and the pool water will give off unpleasant smell. At present, most domestic swimming pools are disinfected with bleaching powder Ca (CIO) 2, but Ca (CIO) 2 is easy to decompose, difficult to store, and wall pools are easy to scale. The pool water often needs acid to adjust the pH value. This product has four major advantages: (1) after the release of effective chlorine, the cyanurate left behind has a stabilizing effect on the effective chlorine in water, and it is non-toxic; (2) It has little chemical effect on the swimming pool water and eliminates the need for pH regulators; (3) It has remarkable killing effect on bacteria and algae in the pond; (4) Stable storage.

This product is the best medicine for swimming pool water treatment. Long term use can make the pool wall clear without algae.

Usage: put 3-5g of this product into each cubic meter of water in the swimming pool every day. If a float type disinfection block is used, please follow the method in the float instruction manual.

2. Disinfection of drinking water

When this product is used to treat drinking water, it can not only kill all kinds of bacteria in the water, but also kill all kinds of algae and microorganisms, destroy and eliminate H2S and other pollutants dissolved in the water, and form color and smell. It is suitable for clean drinking water in arid and seriously polluted areas, as well as in military field accommodation, field operation, tourism and other fields.

Add 0.4g of this product to every 100kg of water, stir well and stand for a period of time to achieve the purpose of sterilization.

3. Treatment of industrial circulating cooling water

Using this product to treat industrial circulating cooling water can not only effectively eliminate various microorganisms, but also have convenient use and management, which is safer than using chlorine sterilization

Add 0.5g of this product per 1m3 of water. The free chlorine concentration in the cooling water is generally controlled between 0.25 and 0.5ppm, and the pH value should be adjusted between 7 and 8.

(2) Industrial bleaching

This product will release HOCI in water, which will react with the conjugated bond (i.e. chromophore) of the fiber, destroy the original conjugated system, change the wavelength of light absorption of the fiber, and achieve the purpose of bleaching. This product is used for bleaching, which not only has high bleaching efficiency, but also has much less erosion to fiber than other bleaching agents. The tensile strength and elongation of the fiber can also be improved.

The suitable conditions for rayon bleaching are: the product concentration is 0.5 ~ 2.0 g / L, pH is 5.6, operating temperature is 70 ℃, and soaking time is 35 ~ 45 minutes.

The bleaching conditions of synthetic fibers such as polyester, acrylic, and chlorocellulose are as follows: the product is 9.3 g / L, ca2.6 g / L, NaHCO3 2.06 g / L, soaked in the fiber at 20 ℃, squeezed dry to 100% moisture absorption, heated with 100 ℃ water vapor after winding, and then soaked in 60 ℃ water containing NaHSO3 8 g / L and HCl 1 ml / L for one hour. After washing and drying, the fiber with high whiteness is obtained.

The bleaching conditions of flax are: 5g / L, pH 5.3 ~ 5.6, 60 ℃, soaking for 50 minutes.

The ingredients of laundry and household rinsing agent are: 36 (WT)% of this product, 25-40 (WT)% of Sodium Tripolyphosphate, 5 (WT)% of anhydrous sodium silicate, and appropriate amount of soda ash. The amount of this rinsing solution is 2.5-4.5g/kg clothes.

(3) Disinfectant

This product is a new disinfectant for industrial, household and environmental hygiene. The biggest feature of this product for disinfection is that it can continuously provide a certain concentration of [O]. It and its hydrolytic residue are harmless to human body.

1. Tableware disinfection

Add 0.25g of this product to every 5kg of water, and soak the washed tableware in disinfectant water for 5min to achieve the purpose of disinfection.

2. Sewage and feces treatment

Add 5g of this product per cubic meter of sewage or feces to eliminate the odor.

3. Seed Sterilization

Using this product as seed disinfection can break the dormancy period of seeds, improve the germination rate of seeds, and inhibit the occurrence of diseases. (at the same time, there is no environmental pollution, and it is harmless to people and animals.). Immerse seeds in 0.2% aqueous solution of the product for 12 hours.

4. Sterilization and disinfection of aquaculture

(1) Disinfection of sericulture rooms, utensils and bodies

Water agent: add 200kg of water to every kg of this product, stir it well, and spray and soak it for disinfection after the product is dissolved. Each kg of liquid medicine can be sprayed on the ground or silkworm tools for 2-5 square meters.

Fumigation: in the closed silkworm room, 5g of medicine per cubic meter is heated on an iron plate for more than 15 minutes to achieve the purpose of disinfection.

Powder: it can be mixed with lime powder, white mud, etc. in a weight ratio of 1:200 ~ 1:500 to form powder for disinfection of silkworm body and silkworm seat.


(2) Fish farming as a disease prevention and treatment agent (for reference)

a. Prevention: generally control the concentration of this product in water to 0.2ppm, and add medicine every 10 days.

b. Treatment: if it is found that the dead fish in the fish pond is short and the disease is mild, sprinkle 0.3ppm of this product in the whole pond for two consecutive days, and feed 50g of this product to every 100kg of fish for five consecutive days (the method of feeding this product is to mix an appropriate amount of soybean flour or cassava flour into a paste with boiling water, mix this product after cooling, and then stick grass to feed). If the onset time is long and the disease is serious, the number of days of drug feeding can be increased. And the sprinkling concentration of the whole pool can be increased to 0.4ppm.

5. It is used for disinfection of hospital sewage, laundry towels, diapers, bedpans, medicine bowls and instruments

Compared with the commonly used Bromogeramine, carbolic acid, chlorhexidine and chloramine T, the dosage of this product is only 1 / 10 ~ 1 / 100 of the above conventional disinfectants for the same disinfection object, and the sterilization speed is fast and the effect is good.

6. Disinfectant and deodorant for household and public places

The formula is: 25% of this product, 25-65% of sodium tripolyphosphate, 10-15% of p-dichlorobenzene. It is applicable to the disinfection and deodorization of toilets, garbage and sewer.


(4) Preshrunk treatment of wool

The outer surface of the wool fiber is covered with a layer of scales. Due to the relative movement of scales, the so-called felting effect occurs, which makes the wool gradually shrink, producing longitudinal and transverse shrinkage. This product decomposes into hypochlorous acid in water, and then decomposes to release new ecological atomic oxygen [O], which interacts with proteins, destroys some disulfide bridge molecules of protein molecules, converts them into sulfhydryl bridge bonds, and eliminates the scale like skin of wool, so as to prevent shrinkage. This product not only reduces felting, but also improves the luster and dyeability of wool. The shrinkage of wool is also reduced from more than 35% to less than 5%. The treated fibers do not shrink and pilling.


(5) Three wastes treatment and other applications

1. Treatment of wastewater containing CN and Hg

It is used for the treatment of CN and Hg sewage, and can convert CN into harmless substances in 5-10 minutes, with a conversion rate of 99.9%.

2. Bonding agent

After dissolving the product in ethyl ester solvent, the rubber sole of leather shoes is surface treated, which can accelerate the penetration of adhesive and double the adhesive force.

3. Prevention and treatment of crop diseases

This product is diluted with water 500-800 times and then sprayed on crops, which has a certain preventive and inhibitory effect on sticky blight, rice blast, thin strip disease, seedling blight and rust.


3、 Transportation and storage

1. During the transportation and storage of this product and its series of products, avoid contacting with acid-base substances and organic substances.

2. This product and series of products shall be kept dry during transportation and storage. Except for special water agent.

3. This product and its series of products shall be kept away from heat source and open fire during transportation and storage.
