Description:

PVC is an amorphous high polymer with no obvious melting point. It has plasticity when heated to 120-150 °C.

Due to its poor thermal properties, it contains a small amount of HCl and is released at this temperature, which is further decomposed, so an alkaline agent and HCl are added to catalyze the cracking reaction.

Pure PVC is a hard product, and an appropriate amount of Plasticizer needs to be added to make it necessary to add additives such as ultraviolet absorbers, fillers, agents, pigments, anti-mold agents and other additives to different products to improve the performance of PVC products.

Like other plastics, the properties of the Resin determine the product and processing conditions.

For PVC, resin properties related to processing are: particle size, thermal properties, molecular weight, fisheye, bulk density, purity and foreign matter, porosity.

The viscosity and gelling properties of PVC paste and paste should be determined to facilitate processing conditions and products.
